Payment methods and verification requirements differ by operator and can change. This page explains what to check rather than claiming that any particular wallet, bank or processing time is currently available.
Before depositing
Confirm the operator’s published minimum and maximum, fees, currency, account-name rules and withdrawal eligibility. Use a payment account in your own name. Never send funds after receiving instructions through an unverified social account.
Identity verification
Regulated services may request proof of identity, age, address or payment ownership. Upload documents only through the operator’s secure, verified channel. Redact information only when the service explicitly permits it, because altered documents can delay review.
Withdrawal expectations
Processing time is not the same as arrival time. Internal review, weekends, bank schedules and verification can affect completion. Save the transaction reference and contact support through the official channel if a published timeframe passes.
Account security
Use a unique password, enable multi-factor authentication where available and never share one-time codes. Our account security guide covers phishing checks and device hygiene.
A financial boundary
Do not borrow, use bill money or treat a credit facility as a gambling budget. A deposit limit should be lower than the amount you could technically afford to transfer.
